We are a progressive thinking training practice with a great team ethos and a committed and supportive Primary Health Care Team, based in a purpose-built, recently expanded premises.We currently have almost 12800 patients registered and operate a personalised list system, with continuity of care being a key focus. We are part of a successful Primary Care Network (Brackley and Towcester PCN) and have been fortunate enough to welcome first contact physios, clinical pharmacists, health coaches, social prescribers and mental health workers to our growing team.Brackley is a lovely rural market town- home to AMG Petronas, 7 miles from Silverstone- the homes of the British Grand Prix and with easy access to Oxford and Milton Keynes. Excellent road links to the M1 and M40 and easy access to London by train from Milton Keynes, Oxford, Banbury or Bicester.We are a 7-doctor training practice affiliated to both Banbury and Northampton schemes.
