Benefits:Hybrid working modelOngoing professional development and trainingOpportunity to work with cloud technologiesSupportive team environment The Requirements:Minimum 2 years'' experience in an MSP or IT Service Desk environmentStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Exchange Online, and SharePoint OnlineExperience with Windows Server (2012R2-2022) and Windows 10/11Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Group Policies, and Active DirectoryNetworking and firewall configuration (e.g. Palo Alto, UDM Pro, Draytek)Experience with VPNs (IPSEC, PPTP, SSL, SSTP, Azure VPN)Knowledge of VOIP, SQL Server, Hyper-V/VMware, and SaaS/PaaS/IaaS is advantageousStrong problem-solving and communication skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressureFull UK Driving Licence required The Role:Provide 2nd line remote and on-site technical supportTroubleshoot and administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and related technologiesConfigure and maintain Windows Servers and desktop environmentsCarry out system monitoring, maintenance, and upgradesConfigure networking, firewalls, VPNs, and Wi-Fi systemsSupport with data backup solutionsEnsure timely resolution
