You''ll play a key part in planning and delivering change initiatives that enhance processes, systems, and structures - ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.What You''ll Be DoingChampion a collaborative, consultative approach to change by developing and implementing clear plans with stakeholder engagement at the core.Design and deliver effective communication strategies using a variety of channels to keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the change lifecycle.Act as a voice for key stakeholders - ensuring the design and delivery of new processes, systems or technologies reflect both organisational needs and end-user experience.Identify interdependencies across multiple projects and initiatives, and work with teams to plan for and mitigate potential risks or conflicts.Track the impact of change on staff, stakeholders, and service users, using insights to shape improvements and future change strategies.Lead the development of lessons learned reports and make recommendations to enhance consultation and engagement practices.Partner with internal and external communications teams
