Reporting into our Senior Finance Manager, you''ll be core in supporting a vast range ofresponsibilities that are principally focussed around providing pro-active and financial based support for the commercial activities of the business. About our roleSupporting Commercial teams with reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planningAnalysing and challenging reported contract results from a financial viewpoint to ensure completeness and accuracyConducting thorough investment appraisals and providing recommendations to senior managementProviding accurate, high quality and timely information, advice and support to key stakeholdersAssessment of contract structures in respect of IFRS 15 considerationsMonitoring of costs (including central recharges), identifying areas of savings / efficiencies and implementing process to achieve savings identifiedIdentification and assessment of the accounting and tax impacts of "unusual" contracts and working to ensure that these are set up properly and operated with the appropriate level of financial control in place
