HR Business PartnerFull time and PermanentUp to 50kLeeds based - 3 days a week on-site This is a generalist role, with a core focus on driving the ER agenda and supporting the Group with implementing the HR strategy, delivering on core people initiatives. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Act as the first point of contact for HR related queries across the Group, ensuring advice is given in line with legislation and policies.Handle day to day HR matters including absence management, disciplinaries, performance management and new starter processes.Support managers with Change programmes.Support the Group Head of People in any TUPE transfers.Drive Mental health and well being campaigns. We are looking for: Solid experience gained as a HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels.CIPD qualified or working towards.Experience managing projects around DEandI and Well-being.Proven experience supporting TUPE and restructure.Ideally experience gained within Facilities Management or similar.
