Ivy Resource Group is seeking a capable and driven Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a busy and growing team delivering projects which include petrol stations, EV hubs, and retail fit-outs valued between -250k and -2m. This is a permanent role offering -40,000 - -55,000 plus benefits, ideal for someone who has moved beyond assistant level and has been running projects independently for over a year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, manage, and control project costs from inception to completion

• Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts

• Liaise with site teams to ensure accurate reporting and cost control

• Maintain profitability and manage budgets effectively

• Travel to project sites mainly across London, with occasional nationwide visits

Requirements:

• Degree qualified with a minimum 2:1

• 1-5 years'' experience running projects solo (post-assistant level)

• Ability to measure and manage all QS duties independently

• Full UK driving licence and own car

• Based within 45 minutes of Harrow

• Ideally with retail fit-out experience
