Your Next Job - What You''ll Be Doing
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• Manage procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Oversee subcontractor engagement from tender to payment
• Produce monthly CVRs and cost forecasts
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure profitability and cost control
• Liaise with the client and consultants on all commercial matters

• Proven experience as a QS on RC frame/basement projects
