Daily management of our Customer Airline flights and the staff assigned to handle it. Ensure that all passengers are checked in and boarded within agreed SLA and adhering to all airline procedures. Responsible to ensure the flights are also met in accordance to procedures.What you will be doing

Edit and manage flight as assigned to ensure all passengers are seated and any specials are accommodated.Drive OTP at the gate.Act as a point of reference and support for staff and conduct briefings of the daily operation.Communicate information between management, airline and staff.Report and discuss interpersonal issues with staff to the DM Team and complete staff discussions (EiF).Report operational deviations to DM promptly.Would you like to see more detail on the accountabilities of the role?
