Payroll Manager, Private Equity firm, Perm, £75,000 - £90,000+ bens + bonusWe will be reviewing CVs throughout the process so please apply as soon as you are able to.A growing Private Equity firm are looking for a Payroll Manager to join their team.The Payroll Manager will be responsible for the firm’s payroll, and will partner closely with HR, Finance and other teams to ensure a seamless payroll operation, globally. Reporting into the Finance Director. They are looking to offer the successful candidate between £75,000 - £90,000.Main Duties:Ensure al the date is correct for payroll processingCompliance and Reporting - Ensure compliance with all internal and external local payroll regulations and lawsResponsible for the staff budget and half yearly reforecastsSignificant input in the bi-annual salary and bonus review cycleKey input in annual remuneration committee meetingsLead on the companies compensation review processesConduct company wide annual compensation benchmarking to propose salary and bonus banding to ensure the company remains competitive and in line with the market trendsComplete regular audits of payroll procedures and records to ensure complianceStay updated on change in payroll laws and implemented changes as necessaryEnsure all payroll balance sheet reconciliations are completedWork closely with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate employee data, and handle payroll related reports and data to senior managementPerson Specification:CIPP qualified or QBEStrong knowledge of payroll laws and regulationsExperience with Workday or Anaplan is desirable but not necessaryProven experience in a previous payroll management roleAt Trace, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace and believe that, in any business, it is imperative that all members of staff feel appreciated and respected in their roles.
