Job Title: Customer Service AdvisorLocation: Leeds City CentreSalary: £27,000Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent - Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pmHRGO Recruitment are currently working with a well-established and growing organisation within the financial services sector, who are looking to appoint an experienced a Customer Service Advisor to join their customer services team.As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries, ensuring queries are resolved accurately and efficiently at first point of contact.You will play a key role in maintaining excellent service standards, supporting complaint resolution, and ensuring all work is completed in line with regulatory requirements and internal service level agreements.Main DutiesManaging customer enquiries across multiple channels including phone and emailResolving customer queries efficiently at first point of contactHandling initial customer dissatisfaction and supporting complaint resolutionEnsuring all communications are accurate and professionalWorking closely with internal teams to resolve more complex queriesSupporting leadership teams with operational requirements where neededRequirementsPrevious experience within financial services, ideally within a regulated environmentStrong customer service experience with a proven track recordExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work accuratelyExperience handling complaints and customer escalati
