Our client is a specialist tour operator located in Leeds and they are seeking a Customer Service and Operations Executive to join their team. The role is Monday to Friday and office-based with a salary of up to £34,000 dependent on experience.Customer Service and Operations Executive duties:Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and postManaging and updating the booking systemProcessing and managing supplier paymentsPromoting holidays where appropriateSupporT month-end reportingProviding general administrative and office supportCustomer Service and Operations Executive skills required:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills with high attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office and ExcelAble to promote and sell holidaysAbility to multi-task and work well under pressureTravel industry experience preferred but not essentialAdditional information:Salary up to £34,00028 days annual leave + bank holidaysPension schemeExclusive holiday discounts for you, friends and family
