Working for an employer who will provide you with training and progression opportunities, helping you to expand and develop your knowledge on Rail and Rolling Stock.The Role: Removal of all interior components, including seats, flooring/ carpets, piping etc.Refitting of all components - Seats, Grab Rails, Poles etcWork from written instruction (VMI)Work from Mechanical Engineering drawings working to specific measurementsReplacing mechanical components to correspond to engineering drawings Key Essentials: Previous experience of working within vehicle fitting/building. Comfortable with operating hand and power tools.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and procedures.Ability to work to specific instructions and Engineering drawings.Minimum Level 3 qualification within an Engineering discipline.
