We''re looking for an Inflatables Fitter to join a dedicated team maintaining and repairing critical safety systems.Role Overview:As an Inflatables Fitter, you will be responsible for disassembling, testing, fault-finding, and repairing a variety of inflatable safety equipment and components. You''ll also reassemble and pack these items according to detailed technical manuals and OEM instructions.Key Responsibilities:Disassemble, test, and repair safety equipment including slides, rafts, and sub-components.Reassemble and pack equipment in line with component maintenance manuals (CMMs), overhaul manuals (OHMs), and OEM specifications.Ensure all work meets strict quality and safety standards.Skills and Experience:Experience in a workshop or engineering environment is highly desirable.Previous experience with safety equipment repair and packing, particularly within the aerospace sector, is a strong advantage.Ability to interpret and follow technical documentation and compliance manuals in detail.Qualifications:GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.OEM training in safety equipment maintenance is highly desirable.What We''re Looking For:A reliable, flexible team player who thrives in a close-knit, collaborative environment.Someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask unde
