Our client has a clear, structured plan to invest millions in upgrading their equipment, facilities and to make way for Continuous Improvement projects!The RoleAs a Mechanical Fitter, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Working with industrial mechanical equipment and components such as valves, bearings, shafts, rollers, hydraulics etc.Getting stuck in with different Continuous Improvement ProjectsWorking with a team on large industrial tanks, valves, pumps, pipes etc.Performing Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance About YouThe ideal Mechanical Fitter will have the following: A recognised mechanical qualificationExperience working with a maintenance engineering teamA sound understanding of key mechanical componentsPrevious COMAH/COMPEX experience is beneficial, though not essential Company BenefitsThe company also discloses numerous benefits for the role of Mechanical Fitter which include:
