Principal Healthcare Consultant

with a strong track record of leading digital transformation programs for UK healthcare providers. You’ll bring deep healthcare and commercial consulting experience, with full accountability for program success, client relationships, and revenue targets. Expertise in digital strategy, business case development, RPA, health technologies, and operational excellence will enable you to work confidently with senior clinicians, CIOs and CCIOs.Responsibilities

Lead and oversee multiple consulting engagements across healthcare accounts, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfactionOwn program outcomes, including delivery quality, commercial performance, and a personal sales targetBuild and maintain senior client relationships (CIOs, CCIOs, clinicians), providing strategic advisory and on-site assuranceCollaborate with account and delivery teams to identify challenges and deliver outcome-based digital health solutionsMentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability development, standards, and methodologiesDevelop thought leadership through whitepapers, case studies, and participation in expert communitiesSkills and Qualifications

Strong experience in healthcare consultingProven leadership in complex healthcare transformation programsStrong commercial acumen with experience in sales, delivery, and client growthDeep understanding of UK healthcare systems and NHS operationsExperience managing multiple stakeholders in matrixed IT environmentsWillingness to travelNice to Have

Experience with New Hospital Programme (NHP) would be beneficialEPR experience is considered an advantageBenefits
