Hospitality2day are looking for chef de parties, Sous chefs, chef managers and Head Chefs to join our team and work on long term temporary roles that may be lead to permanent positions.Our bookings range from BandI sites, event catering and hospitality catering and we pride ourselves in delivering a quality service for our candidates and clients alike.Chef roles can have various dates, times and locations depending on our clients requests but mostly within zones 1-3.Duties as a chef:Assisting in the food preparation processCooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishesPreparing vegetables, meats and fishAssisting the Head Chef and team on siteCleaning stationsContributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standardsWork ExperiencePrevious Catering experience as a Chef preferably within high volume restaurants or contract catering environment (min 3 years working experience)Confident working in a busy kitchenExperience in producing food of a high quality.A current level 2 Food Hygiene and Allergen certificateHospitality2day are a central London based staffing agency and work with a huge variety of clients in and around the city.If you feel this role would be suitable for you, please apply and we will be in touch.
