Tradewind are working in partnership with a Secondary School in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, currently seeking an engaging and inclusivity-driven SEN Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and inclusive environment where you''ll play a key role in the academic, social and emotional development of pupils with a range of SEN needs.

Role:

• Delivering 1:1 and small-group SEN support
• Implementing EHCPs and IEPs in collaboration with teaching staff
• Tracking student progress and providing feedback
• Supporting classroom learning and promoting inclusive education
• Building positive, professional relationships with pupils and colleagues

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, adaptable, and resilient personality
• A genuine passion for supporting young people in an educational setting
