They are continually successful in winning various tenders to supply fitted kitchens for the on-going refurbishment of Council/Housing Association owned properties throughout the country. Purpose of the Senior HR Officer role: To support and advise line managers on all aspects of HR in order to ensure that all employment policies and procedures are consistently implemented.The key responsibilities of the Senior HR Officer role are:Advising on and attending/leading investigation/disciplinary/grievance and performance management meetingsMonitoring and managing both long-term and short-term absences, including attendance and capability meetings, home visits and referrals to Occupational Health or GPs as requiredAdvising
