IT Service Desk Location: Office-basedDuration: Initial 6-month contractThe OpportunityWe''re looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to support a busy and fast-paced technical environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can work independently, follow structured processes, and deliver high-quality end-user support.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1st and 2nd line support for end users across hardware and software issuesBuild and configure laptops from standard images through to full deploymentSupport device rollouts, migrations, and user onboardingDeploy and manage applications using endpoint management toolsTroubleshoot issues efficiently while maintaining strong customer service standardsFollow defined processes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailManage and complete assigned tasks independently to agreed timelinesSkills and ExperienceProven experience in an IT Service Desk or Desktop Support role (2nd line level)Strong hands-on experience with laptop builds and deploymentsFamiliarity with Windows environments and common enterprise applicationsExperience using tools such as SCCM or similar for software deploymentUnderstanding of device provisioning tools (e.g. Autopilot - desirable)Excellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage workload effectivelyAdditional InformationFull-time, office-based roleNo weekend or on-call requirementsImmediate or short-notice start preferredRefer a friend and ear
