We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee high-profile office refurbishments in central London. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex projects across multiple sites, delivering high-quality CAT A and CAT A+ refurbishments for prestigious office buildings.

• Full site management and delivery of projects within programme, budget, and quality requirements.
• Lead on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Oversee construction works including common areas, reception, toilets, and end-of-trip (EOT) facilities.
• Manage project timelines, coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Prepare reports and updates for senior management and clients.

Large City Office Refurbishment - Central London

• Rolling CAT A refurbishment across 14 floors, totalling 145,361 sqft.
• Works include common parts, EOT facilities, reception, and toilets.
• Project value: 40 million, duration: 110 weeks.

Mayfair Office Refurbishment - West London

• Rolling refurbishment of 5 of 9 floors, CAT A+ & CAT A.
• Includes common areas, EOT, and reception upgrades.
• Project value: 12-15 million.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on office refurbishment projects of -10M+.
• Strong knowledge of CAT A/CAT A+ fit-outs and London office construction standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Health & Safety certification and a proactive approach to site compliance.
