A growing and well-established electrical contracting business is looking to appoint an Electrical Site Manager to manage electrical projects on site across schools, hospitals, commercial offices, and other sectors. The Role

• Manage site teams and subcontractors to deliver projects safely and efficiently
• Plan and coordinate resources, schedules, and operational delivery
• Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and internal teams regarding project delivery
• Drive performance, productivity, and continuous improvement on site
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

The Person

• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and site teams simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
• Experience within construction, electrical, civils, or utilities environments is preferred
