Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the legal accounts department.Ensure compliance with industry-specific financial regulations and guidelines.Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.Monitor cash flow and manage client accounts effectively.Supervise and support the accounting team to maintain accuracy and efficiency.Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.

Profile

A Successful Head Of Legal Accounts Should Have

Strong experience in legal or professional services accounting.A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).In-depth knowledge of financial regulations relevant to the legal industry.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.A proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements.

Job Offer
