Are you an experienced Property Manager ready to take the next step in your career?Our client, a highly respected and forward-thinking estate agency, is looking for a Head of Property Management to lead their team in the Norwich area.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management and a solid understanding of current residential lettings legislation. If you''re passionate about delivering outstanding service, driving team performance, and ensuring full compliance, this could be the perfect role for you.Working hours:As Head of Property Management, you’ll be required to work 5 days per week.The successful Head of Property Management will be offered:Up to £39,000 basic DOEOTE up to £50,000!Ongoing training and supportFull funding and support for relevant industry qualificationsTo be considered for the role of Head of Property Management, you must have:Minimum of 3 years of Property Management experience (must be recent)Highly organised and has a positive work ethicAbility to work well under pressureStrong knowledge of current residential lettings legislationAbility to organise and manage your time and workloadStrong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsUpbeat personality and strong work ethicAs Head of Property Management, your role will involve:Conducting property inspections and overseeing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reportsCo-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issuesNegotiating tenancy renewals and extensionsHandling deposit returns in line with regulationsManaging rental arrears and resolving disputesProcessing eviction requests where necessaryBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenantsManaging a team of property managersMonitoring and supporting team performance through regular one-to-onesEnsuring the business remains risk-averse and fully compliant with all relevant regulations
