Provide Tier 1-2 IT support for Playtech employees on-site and remotely
Troubleshoot IT problems globally via a centralized ticket system
Track and keep IT assets inventory up-to-date
Be responsible for installation, administration, maintenance and troubleshooting different devices
Troubleshoot network issues
Communicate with employees to identify problems and advise on solutions
QualificationsComponents for success. You...
Have 1+ years of experience in an IT support role
Have a good understanding of Windows based client environments and Active Directory
Possess practical knowledge of computer hardware and maintenance
Have a basic understanding of TCP/IP, Network elements and services, Wireless and VPN environments
Are ready to contribute to documentation, KB, manuals and monitoring
Have excellent troubleshooting skills, out of the box thinking and ability to provide workaround quickly
Are a self-learner, able to learn and adopt new technologies quickly and willing to grow in the IT field, adopt knowledge and use it
You\''ll get extra points for...
Knowledge of MacOS operating systems and JAMF management
Experience in Cloud Solutions (Office365, Azure)
