Join a leading construction company and contribute to a major project in Huddersfield! We are seeking a reliable and organised individual to join our team as a part-time administrator on a construction project in Huddersfield. This role offers flexibility with working hours and is set to begin in May. Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the site team, including managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.Maintain accurate records and documentation, including project files, meeting minutes, and attendance sheets.Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistical tasks.Provide support to site personnel with administrative tasks.Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies. Requirements:Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the construction industry.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A positive and proactive attitude.12-week background check required due to the nature of the project.
