This role is fully on site in Bradford. Due to the team expanding their activities and having new events and initiatives planned they are seeking additional administrative support to help manage the increased workload. Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for the dairy management of the Directors and ensuring their schedules are managed and maintained. Supporting with arranging meetings, appointments and travel plans. Ensure all dairy entries are up to date and conflicts are resolved promptly. You will be liaising with stakeholders and supporting with coordinating events for the team.Supporting with the roll out of initiatives and new programmes. You will be managing the inbox for the team and supporting with scheduling.
