What Youll Do:Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently high-quality dishesHelp lead a small, dedicated kitchen team in a fast-paced environmentSupport with menu development, stock control, and maintaining kitchen standardsUphold excellent food hygiene and health and safety standards????? What Were Looking For:Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step upPassion for British cuisine with a modern touchStrong leadership and communication skillsOrganised, reliable, and calm under pressure??
