Comprising a 490-acre farm, a 29-bedroom country house hotel, the 2 Rosette restaurant and 9 function/conference rooms, this hotel also provides a unique and attractive year round location for the perfect wedding.Main duties and responsibilities:Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasksCooking and preparing high-quality dishesAssisting the Head Chef to create menu items and recipes and developing dishesSupervising all kitchen stationsSupervising, motivating and working closely with other Chefs of all levelsBeing responsible for health and safetyBeing responsible for food hygiene practicesEnsuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes createdAssisting with determining food inventory needs, stocking and orderingEnsuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelinesEssential criteria:
