An exciting opportunity has arisen for Head of Year - Early Years Foundation Stage, to play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our youngest learners. We are looking for those with proven success in leading high-quality EYFS provision, strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child-centered pedagogy and experience in coaching and developing Early Years staff. You should have confidence in using assessment and data to inform teaching and drive improvement, excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
