The Bid Management team are highly respected and engaged across the entire organisation in support of our client development work. We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bid Manager to join our team.What is involved?
Working on both offensive new business opportunities and defensive tenders for existing clients you will work with the business to provide bid management expertise to the process. This will include working with client facing placement teams, data analytics, risk finance, strategic risk and claims teams on the technical content for the tender. In addition to working with the Marketing team to ensure we continue producing the highest quality client documentation.What are the typical responsibilities?
Develop strong working relationships with the business to maintain the strong internal brandCoordinating with the technical teams on the content required for the RfP ensuring the timescales for delivery are clear and agreedWork with the Marketing team on the design and branding elements of the proposalReviewing the RfP to ensure it is clear, concise, accurate, fully answers the requirements and is delivered to the highest standardWork with Business Leaders to ensure the bid is in alignment with our corporate strategy and goalsEnsuring the RFP processes adhere to our internal compliance requirementsProvide support and training to the pitch delivery teams, including presentation delivery, effective communication and rehearsal feedbackQualifications
What skills and experience would we like you to have?Proven experience of working on Insurance bids / tenders / RfP processes is essentialStrong organisational and planning skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills are requiredAbility to work with all levels across the businessSeniority level
