Location: Hybrid, with a base in Fareham, Hampshire, or Sidcup, Kent
Hours: Full-time
Salary: £45,619 per annum

Our client is expanding and seeks a dynamic, strategic, and inspiring Bid Manager to join their Business Development team and drive transformative growth.
This senior role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact tender submissions, shape competitive strategies, and make a meaningful difference in communities. As a Bid Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in securing new opportunities by delivering compelling, high-quality bids that align with our client’s mission.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage end-to-end tender applications, ensuring timely, competitive, and high-quality submissions.
Develop pricing strategies, guiding costings and demonstrating value.
Craft persuasive, evidence-based bid content that stands out.
Collaborate across teams, inspiring colleagues to meet deadlines and deliver excellence.
Build and maintain a library of winning bid content while continuously improving processes.
Leverage market intelligence and innovative tools (including AI) to stay ahead of the competition.
What You’ll Bring
Proven senior-level experience in bid or tender management (health and social care knowledge is advantageous but not essential).
Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes.
Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to transform complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
Robust project management, research, and digital skills.
Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
A passion for creating positive impact and aligning with a purpose-driven mission.
