What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3

  Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment framework

• 
  

  Ability to deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across all subjects

  Excellent classroom management and organisational skills

• 
  

  A positive attitude and enthusiasm for promoting pupilsandrsquo; wider personal development

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and differentiated lessons tailored to Year 3 learners

• 
  

  Monitor and assess pupil progress, ensuring all children reach their potential

• 
  

  Contribute to school initiatives, enrichment activities, and class projects

• 
  

  Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and best practice

• 
  

  Take part in staff meetings, training, and whole-school events
