About the Role:

• Teaching a Year 3 class, delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that supports all learners
• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
• Working collaboratively with support staff, senior leaders, and parents to ensure student success
• Promoting positive behaviour and a love of learning

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (preferably Year 3)
• Be passionate about providing high-quality education and committed to pupil progress
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
