To own and manage the day-to-day delivery of all resourcing related activities from attracting, sourcing, screening, assessment and the offering of candidates. This role will support all departments in all aspects of talent acquisition and act as a business partner to the recruiting manager to guide and support them through the hiring of talent for their team. This role will also support other areas relating to talent acquisition such as employer branding activities and project work.Responsibilities:Brand ambassador: Internal and external ambassador for Manolo Blahnik and People and Culture Team.Partner with stakeholders to fully understand the brief and work together to build effective sourcing and assessment approaches with an ability to manage expectations.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from agreeing JD with the manager through to offer stage.Advertising and screening of applicants for Head Office and RetailUtilise all recruitment platforms and network to actively search for appropriate profiles for vacancies.Collate CVs and create short-lists for the recruiting manager, follow up for feedback and ensure this is given to all candidates.Arrange and support in interviews.Manage the candidate journey throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Work closely with People and Culture Assistant to pass on offered candidates to ensure all onboarding paperwork and plans are prepared.Work with line managers to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both immediate growth and future growth.Develop and maintain a network of candidates through effectively sourcing and on-going relationship management.Support on all employer branding activities.Track recruitment activity, compile progress reports, and present annual recruitment statistics.Support and be an ambassador for all D, E and I commitments, and activities. Support with strategies to increase diverse talent across the business.Support the Chief People and Culture Officer and Head of People and Culture in the delivery of the People and Culture strategy and subsequent projects.Manage external partnerships with recruitment agencies and other third parties.Support on external salary and benefits benchmarking review.Maintain knowledge of industry trends and keep up to date on employer branding and recruitment trends.Complete general administration duties.Manage the end-to-end recruitment for all new store openings within Europe and support with the other markets as and when required.Design and implement an internship program, collaborating with external partners to ensure a strong focus on diversity and inclusion.Establish and oversee work experience opportunities within the business, ensuring a structured and valuable experience for participants.Create and update Recruitment related policies and procedures.Create, implement, and continuously refine best practice documents, including Hiring Manager Guides, Referral Schemes, and Internal Opportunities frameworksImplement and continue to develop the internal Recruitment ATS.Support all Contractors in the business, ensure due diligence/ legal compliance is completed along with making sure there is a signed contract in place.Optimize and manage Manolo Blahniks LinkedIn presence to increase engagement, boost brand awareness, and drive traffic to the website.Any other tasks as required.Skills and Experience Required:Previous talent acquisition experience is essential, preferably from a luxury brand or fashion retail business.Expert sourcing skills with experience in managing multiple searches either inhouse or within agency.Previous experience with Success Factors would be preferable.Strong understanding of external best practice and trends in Talent Acquisition.Experience of using innovative approaches to source, attract and build talent pools.Experience in engaging with passive candidates.Network:
