The UK Talent Acquisition team are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to work across our LuxExperience brands (NET-A-PORTER, MR PORTER, THE OUTNET, MYTHERESA), as well as our Corporate and Digital Marketing teams. This is an extremely fast-paced full lifecycle acquisition role, which requires you to have the ability and passion in attracting and recruiting market leading talent. Ensure the delivery of quality candidates and service.Own the integrity of your data and ensure it is 100% accurate and true.Facilitate and self-organise value added projects which will have a large impact on the evolution of the team and HR.Proactively initiate and deliver against long term projects.Keep one step ahead of recruitment industry innovations and trends.Refine and improve recruitment procedures and policies with the wider HR team.Be a protector and advocate for the Group brand and actively promote the employee value proposition for the Group in an extremely competitive ecommerce market.Significant recruitment experience gained in ideally Global Technology / Digital, E-com environments.Previous experience with Workday is highly desirable.Knowledge in multiple areas of Recruitment methodology (Direct attraction of high quality candidates, Interview and assessment design, passive hiring and service oriented).Experience of coaching and training hiring managers.Strong project management skills.You will have proven experience of initiating and executing policies and procedures.Thorough understanding of relevant employment and recruitment legislation.We recognize and celebrate the benefits that diversity brings to our workplace, our business and our customers.
