IT Support Technician
An IT Support Technician will join a thriving High-Tech Company to provide all their Windows 11 users with 1st and 2nd Line support to keep the fast-paced organization running smoothly. With relevant IT Certification, you ll possess a minimum of 2-3 years experience of working within an IT Support role; will have excellent people skills, good problem solving abilities as well as familiarity with ITIL principles. The successful IT Support Technician will troubleshoot a wide variety of hardware, software and infrastructure issues; taking ownership of issues and driving them to resolution. The IT Support Technician will ideally bring: A level or higher in Computing / IT or relevant experience. IT Certification such as those from Microsoft, CompTIA or Cisco. Proven experience of 1st and 2nd Line Support across Windows 11. Experience with Linux based systems. Experience of the set up and configuration of laptops, desktops and Android mobile devices. Supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications. Familiarity with Cyber Essentials Plus. Experience of managing and maintaining backup solutions.
