Increasing by 1 day per year following 3 years of service.We are looking for a highly experienced Air Conditioning Service, Maintenance and Breakdown Engineer to join our team, covering London. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong technical expertise and a proven track record in fault-finding and system diagnostics.The Role:Carry out service, maintenance, and reactive breakdown repairs on a wide range of air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, splits, multi-splits, AHUs, etc.).Diagnose and resolve complex faults, including electrical and pressure-related issues.Perform pressure checks and system adjustments to ensure optimal performance.Work independently across client sites, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.Provide support and guidance to colleagues when needed.About You:A wealth of experience in air conditioning service, maintenance, and breakdowns.Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills, with knowledge of pressure testing and system checks.F-Gas 2079 certification essential.NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (preferred).Full UK driving licence.Professional, reliable, and able to deliver high standards of work across varied environments.What''s on Offer: Up to (phone number removed) (dependi
