This is a full-time, in-office position based in a vibrant, modern workspace in Stockport ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of outreach campaigns to generate leads for the sales team, optimise performance, and make a visible impact. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch and manage outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn Use tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, Woodpecker, and Cognism to drive lead generation Build and manage targeted audience lists from CRM and third-party platforms Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead follow-up and reporting discipline Write compelling outreach messaging that resonates with with decision makers Track campaign performance, identify trends, and adjust for better results Use CRMs to maintain full visibility of sales and marketing activity About You: We re looking for a hands-on Campaign Manager who is commercially minded someone who s not just creative, but knows how to make marketing work in practice.
