Sales and Account Manager PermanentOldham£30,000 - £35,000 Working Hours: 08:00am 4:00pm (flexible)Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with an established and well recognised design agency who are currently looking to expand their Account Management Team, the role will be responsible for assisting in new business generation as well as building long term relationships with existing clients.Main Responsibilities of the Sales and Account Manager Managing a portfolio of accounts.Generating new sales opportunities in conjunction with marketing resources.Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business.Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term relationship and conversion into key accountsGenerate new business using existing and potential customer networksManage new leads and projects through our CRM system.Monitor CRM reports (e.g. KPI s, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Keeping up to date with industry trendsCheck and sign off customer sales invoices Experience and Skills required Experience of account management, customer communication and effective interaction with stakeholders across design, procurement, and production.Commercial mindset with strategic decision making skills.Is enthusiastic, honest, and respectful with a supportive attitude.
