Lead the negotiation of terms and conditions for commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and contractual compliance.Full Route to Contract:

Manage the entire process during bidding, including cross-functional collaboration to deliver costs on time, proposal generation, and contract negotiations (reviewing, drafting, and agreeing on bespoke contract terms), while maintaining business viability.Contract Delivery:

Ensure the business meets its commitments to customers through contract amendments, reviewing deliverables, and defining acceptance criteria.Contract Management:

Oversee contracts throughout their lifecycle, including amendments, renewals, and closeouts, ensuring obligations are met.Compliance:

Ensure all contracts adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including ITAR, EAR, FAR/DFARS, and relevant defence standards.Business Winning:

Play a key role in securing new work.Risk Management:

Identify potential contract risks and collaborate with departments to develop mitigation strategies.Stakeholder Communication:

Act as the primary contact for contractual matters, guiding internal teams and liaising with external clients and partners.Reporting:

Provide regular updates to senior management on contract status, risks, and issues.Contract Dispute Resolution:
