Your new role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll play a pivotal role in the commercial success of major fit out and refurbishment projects. You''ll be responsible for managing costs, valuations, procurement and financial reporting from pre-construction through to final account.

What you''ll need to succeed

• A degree in Quantity Surveying
• Proven experience on large-scale commercial fit out or refurbishment projects (-10m50m)
• Strong commercial acumen and cost management skills
• Ability to manage complex procurement and subcontractor packages
• Experience working in fast-paced, design-led environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A track record of delivering projects from early stages through to final account
