The Role - Associate Quantity Surveyor

As an Associate QS, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-profile London schemes, managing projects from day one and acting as the client''s trusted advisor. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading day-to-day project delivery across commercial office, high-end fit out, hospitality, and life sciences.
• Managing pre- and post-contract services, including cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
• Building strong client relationships and driving repeat business.
• Providing leadership, mentorship, and structured training for graduate and assistant surveyors.
• Playing a key role in business growth, with a clear pathway to Senior Associate and Partner.

Requirements - Associate Quantity Surveyor

• RICS-accredited degree (Quantity Surveying or equivalent).
• MRICS
• Strong consultancy background with proven experience on office, fit out, hospitality, or life science projects.
• Demonstrable ability to manage projects independently and lead client-facing delivery.
• A natural leader, capable of mentoring junior colleagues and adding value to the team.
