Occupational Therapist - Community | Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Occupational Therapist to join the Cambridge North Community Rehabilitation Service based at Histon Police Station, 15 Impington Road, Histon, Cambridge, CB24 9NA.This role is based in Cambridge and the surrounding area. You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality rehabilitation to patients with physical disabilities in their home environment.Please note, for this role, you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. Public transport is not suitable for this role as it does not reliably meet service needs. Please confirm in your application that you meet these criteria.We seek a self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously within the Community Therapy team to deliver high standards of care. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, and developing specialist occupational therapy programs for patients with complex needs, managing your own caseload, prioritizing referrals, and conducting assessments using specialist clinical reasoning skills.
