Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Bagshot, Surrey (office based role) Working Hours: Start Time 8am (9 hrs per day) Mon - Fri Senior QS required for Taylor Woodrow Civils South. Responsibilities: Managing commercial support for projects. Reporting and assisting with contract negotiation. Contract support. Successful candidate will have proven QS experience at Senior level in infrastructure environments. Knowledge of NEC contracts Options C and E are required. Experience of dealing with National Highways would be essential. Working within CEMAR environment would also be required. Preferred location would be Bagshot, Surrey or local whilst a permanent candidate is sought and onboarded. Valid driving licence and vehicle required.
