Are you a Project Quantity Surveyor with experience working within the rail industry? Do you have experience working on NEC3 and NEC4 contracts? Location: Wembley Duration: 6-12 months Rate: £400/day LTD This role will predominately be based out of Wembley however there will be the requirement to travel to South London twice a week - expenses will be reimbursed. This is an amazing opportunity to work for an industry leading tier 1 contractor as an Project Quantity Surveyor, where you will be managing numerous projects for TfL, including station upgrades and maintenance frameworks, and assisting the Senior QS and Commercial Manager. In this role you will be responsible for issuing Applications for Payment and variations, and managing subcontractors on 3 different station refurbishment projects, and assisting with an ongoing maintenance framework for TFL.
