We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to join a leading multinational organisation in the manufacturing sector. Based at their Washington site, an excellent chance to be part of a dynamic and supportive Human Resources team. This is a fixed term contract for one year working on a part time basis, 5 hours a day across 5 days. Hours of work would be Monday-Friday 9.30am-2.30pm. As the HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the HR team Assist in coordinating employee engagement and recognition activities Maintain training records and support management development initiatives Support the delivery of employee empowerment programs across the site Manage internal and external mail Oversee purchasing of stationery, uniforms, and other consumables Essential: Strong admin skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Self-motivated and a team player Due to the high volume of applications, we regret that we may not be able to provide individual feedback.
