Key Responsibilities:Provide operational leadership for the business and manage operational PandL. Lead and manage day to day operations ensuring smooth delivery of services across the UK and Europe with a particular focus on road freight, general logistics and customs. Work with, develop and mentor a team of managers and supervisors driving a culture of performance, accountability and continuous improvement. Identify and implement operational efficiencies, cost savings and process improvements. Collaborate closely with the managing director to align operational and commercial strategies. Person Specification:A proven track record of experience in senior operational leadership roles within freight forwarding and logistics.
