Working in a busy and fast-paced environment the role is to acquire new shipments / bookings. Processing new sales quotes and providing the responses for all levels of customers through their cargo booking (CB) quote platformTelephone and email follow up with customers. Working in a team handling a high number of day-to-day quotationsCommunicating across departments internally as well as with Clients, Airlines and Agents both locally and overseas. Skills:- Good customer care skillsGood written and verbal EnglishAccuracy and attention to detailGood organisational skillsGood computer and keyboard skillsAn ability to work under pressure.
