About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a lead role in the successful delivery of projects, from inception through to completion. The role will involve:

• Leading cost planning, estimates, and feasibility studies on residential and commercial projects
• Preparing and managing tender documentation, contracts, and procurement strategies
• Administering contracts and managing valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Leading client and stakeholder meetings, providing accurate cost advice and project updates
• Managing risk and value management processes
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members, while maintaining responsibility for your own projects
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and high standards of service

About the Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• MRICS qualified (or very close to achieving Chartership)
• Proven experience delivering residential and commercial projects within a consultancy environment
• Excellent understanding of pre- and post-contract processes
• Strong client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills
• A proactive and professional approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

About the Salary
Salary is negotiable depending on experience, up to -70,000. Additional benefits include:
