Candidate Sourcing and Placement: Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent, temporary, or contract healthcare roles sourcing, screening, and placing candidates. Understand Market Needs: Stay ahead of NHS trends, workforce planning, and funding changes to position your services effectively. Account Management: Deliver exceptional client service with regular communication, performance tracking, and ongoing support.
